For the production of Yoke, we use a fully automated system. This system ensures precision, efficiency and consistent quality.
The process starts with an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) transporting components to one of the two machining centres. There, robots carry out precise milling operations that form the foundation for high-quality finished products.
After milling, the products are deburred and subjected to strict quality inspections. They then go to the paint shop for a KTL treatment, which provides a durable and protective finish.
Once approved, the products are packaged according to customer specifications and prepared for delivery. Thanks to this streamlined approach, our products meet the highest standards of functionality and appearance.
