I started on May 1, 2023, and after a three-month probationary period, I became a permanent employee.

Foreman sheet metal workshop/welding shop

Challenging/ varying/ enjoyable

·      What does a typical workday look like?

Managing people and checking the welding work.

·       What do you like most about your job/position?

Taking on new products and figuring out how to weld them so that everything meets the quality standards.

·      What are your future plans/career opportunities?

I would like to become a welding coordinator at VDL TIM Hapert.
