History

TIM Hapert was founded in 1971 by Piet van der Leegte Junior. He started in a small building in Hapert, where he maintained tools for the metal industry. Five years later, the company moved to Nijverheidsweg, to a building that was constructed entirely under its own management.

In 1979, TIM Hapert became part of the VDL Group. After moving to Industrieweg, VDL TIM Hapert finally settled on Energieweg in Hapert in 1991.

In 2008, the offices and production floors on Energieweg were modernized and expanded.

In 2024, a new building on the Kempisch Bedrijven Park was opened. As a result, we have grown into a company with three locations.
